A large number of people work from home, spend their evenings at home, relax at home, and even train at home. Their entire life gets reduced to the same four walls. Some even develop anxiety when they have to leave the house.
This rule encourages you to go outside whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Walk to the store instead of ordering food. Go for a walk and listen to a podcast instead of listening to it in bed. Read a book in the park instead of in an armchair.
When the weather is nice and your obligations allow it, spend your free time outside. Train outdoors, go for a walk, grab a drink, sit by a river. Move among people. Absorb some sunlight and fresh air.
When the weather is bad, use that as an opportunity to leave the house anyway. Go to a shopping mall, a cinema, an event, or a party.
When is this rule implemented?
When you spend a certain amount of time outside every day and consistently give priority to outdoor activities over indoor ones.
